Flux On Flux Off: A Soldering Workshop
In this 3 hour introduction to basic soldering techniques Leigh Russell will talk you through completing an FM bug kit (FM transmitter) and discuss techniques such as tinning wires, soldering through-hole components, while explaining some of the physics behind soldering. Participants will leave with a completed FM bug kit, and have the option to purchase a take-home basic soldering kit that includes a temp controlled soldering iron, side cutters, multimeter and solder wick ($35.00).
